This is an interchange KPI pricing dashboard modeled after a system I built at Visa. It provides a high-level overview of relative competitive pricing impacts and served as a critical decision making tool for senior leadership during rapid deal evaluations. This dashboard was easy to replicate based on type of deals, ranging from small credit unions to large multi-national banks.
